The Case Study of Vanitas summary: There was once a vampire named Vanitas, despised by his own kind because he was born under a full blue moon while most vampires arise on a crimson one. Fearing for his safety and feeling isolated, he created the "Book of Vanitas," a cursed grimoire that he hoped would one day enable him to seek revenge against all vampires. Or so the story goes. The anime Vanitas no Karte centers around Noé Archiviste, a young man traveling on an airship in 19th century Paris with a single objective: finding the Book of Vanitas. A sudden vampire attack leads him to cross paths with the enigmatic Vanitas, a doctor who specializes in treating vampires and, to Noé's surprise, a mere mortal. This mysterious healer has taken on the name and the infamous text of the legendary Vanitas, using the grimoire for the good of his patients. However, beneath his gentle demeanor lies a shade of malevolence...Chapter name Views Likes Uploaded
